Cancellation/Return and Refund Conditions.

If there is any claim, it must be made within 48 hours of occupying the property.
If the client, after accepting the conditions of the contract signed with INMOPV and having paid the advance payment, decides to cancel the contract, he/she must notify this three months before the date of occupation of the property, in order to have enough time to find another client. If this happens, the advance payment paid will be returned, less 10% of the total rental price. Otherwise, the client will not be entitled to any compensation.
If the client is unable to show up on the scheduled arrival date, he/she must notify the agency. If 48 hours have elapsed from the arrival date without having received payment for the remainder of the reservation, the agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
